Long time, no see! Sorry I've been absent from posting/commenting much. Life got away from me a bit, as did the other sites I'm selling my soul to :P (sorry, LJ, going where the action is...) Anywho, bigger update tomorrow or soon (because when I say tomorrow it never works out :P

I know! *hugs* I'm still around though, and LJ's been pretty dead so I've been spending more time on Tumblr and other more-active sites.

I KNOW!! I couldn't believe it when she Facebooked me! I'm so excited, I've already planned out a ton of stuff to show her!

They are! My new job is so great, people thought I was weird going from a cafe job to working checkouts but it's just until I finish Uni and I'd rather have a mindless part-time job so I can leave all the thinking and stressing to study than a job which stresses me out more than exams!

It's been good last week but we've just had two days of rain in a row :( No fun. Still, it's nice to keep the green grass a bit longer before it all burns off!

You know, this going to NZ and OZ is still kinda surreal for me. Having the tickets lying around I tell myself every day "Yes, Barb, you're really doing it."

Maybe by the time I'm packing I'll believe it. :P

Whenever I go travelling it's never real to me either. Half the time it isn't until I'm unpacking that I'm like "Wow, I just went to insert-country-here"! :P
