I'm up for it. I want to catch up on the 2 previous movies, but it doesnt matter.

I've only seen bits and peices of the first one (possibly two), so chances are I will be totally lost. But there are explosions and gun fights, and wide-spread destruction sounds pretty damned good to me right about now.

Yup. Tis the summer of sequels. And sequels sequels. And sequels sequels sequels. The first two sequels I never saw, and the original movie I only saw bits and peices of. But its an action movie, and those don't really need much plot in order to follow them. ;)
