You finsihed it! Yea! **happy dance** This calls for Ice Cream! Lots of it caramel sauce too! And maybe a brownie for good measure.

It's an added bonus if you buy enough ice cream so you can have some for added moral support when the next lab rolls around. :)

-if let me know if you want the recipe for some super awsome home made caramel sauce, makes up in less than 10 min and keeps indefinatly in the fridge. ;-)

Ice cream does indeed sound good. Alas, I haven't got any, though. Or any brownie mix. I do have muffin mix, but that's just not the same, you know?

And considering the second lab is due tomorrow, and the third Tuesday (and so on and so forth until we get all 10 finished), depending on ice cream for moral support for the next three weeks would probably mean I would gain at least 20 pounds. Since I already have 15 or so additional pounds I put on over the winter, I'd rather avoid that. ;) Totally might make it a "Yay, I survived the week!" kind of reward, though. :)

Also, I would totally take a caramel sauce recipe.

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Combine butter, brown sugar, water, and salt in a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Bring to boil for 3 to 5 minutes depending upon thickness desired.

Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk and vanilla.

**Emma's notes**
I use the small (5oz) can of evaporated milk, it's not quite 3/4c but it works just fine and you don't have any left overs.
Also, I boil for 4 min, it sets up to a sort of peanut butter consistancy when its in the fridge, pop it in the microwave for a few seconds and it gets all liquidy, just right for topping icecrem, brownies, pie, cake, coffee, etc etc etc.....
