I"m not sure where MSN is getting there info but just about every source from EW.com to TVbyNumbers is reporting that Chuck is 95% locked to get picked up on Monday. As is Medium and Law and Order. Also furthering this is the fact that yesterday NBC said they had offically dropped David E. Kelly's law drama from the network. Both Chuck and the DEK show are WB owned. Word was that NBC wanted to trade the new show which they already made a committe it for Chuck.
