Thanks. The last one is my fave, too. :) Their expressions in that scene are just so poignant.

You should. It's really fun. All the characters are great, but I particularly like the interactions between Parker & Hardison.

Thank you! I added the fade in/out effect because I don't like it when gifs begin or end too abruptly. I like a smooth transition.

Haha. I actually saved that gif from you before. I did want to gif that scene, but I decided to wait for the dvd to come out so I can have the hi-res version with no logo. :)

I'll probably do a few more from season 1 over the weekend. :)

!!! the watermark thing was just bugging me last night too! I've already made quite a few gifs from S2...but my inner OCPD might just demand that I remake watermark-less versions when I get the DVD. ohn0es :(

the software I'm using doesn't have an auto-fade function (I'm assuming that yours does?) so I do mine manually...and I'm too lazy to make it look nicer, lol.

(and yes, making gifs is so addictive!)

I bought and downloaded a program called Wondershare Pro that lets me rip the video from the dvd and convert it to whatever file format I want. Then I open it in iMove HD, which is bundled software on my Mac. That's where I add the transition effect at the beginning and end of the video and do more editing to the frames.

Then, I open the file in Adobe ImageReady. There, I can adjust the timing of each individual frame, so I put a few seconds of delay on the first and last frame.
