IWGP is pretty good. It revolves around a guy named Makoto, played by Nagase, trying to find a serial killer who killed a girl he went on a date with. Adding on to that there's a another subplot with gangs. There's some funny parts and some serious parts, but it plays out like a mystery-ish/crime drama. Did I also mention there's a young Yamapi co-starring that's equally adorable? Annnnnnnd, King is psycho <3.
Recently, I picked up Honey and Clover and waiting on subs for Binbo Danshi with Oguri Shun. I know Honey and Clover was a manga at first, but that's all I can really tell you. Galileo is surprisingly good. If you've watched Numb3rs, think of Galileo as that but with science and a little more interesting.
Well, I decided to watch Stand Up, and I see what you mean about American Pie - frankly, I can do without the gross-out factor! I really liked the first episode, so I'm dling the 2nd one now. There's just something about Nino. He just makes me feel happy, or calm, or... I don't know what it is. Haha, and Yamapi being a tetsu and using that samurai word for "I". And Shun - hilarious (I never thought about until you said it--HYD, Yuuki, HanaKimi... he's got that character down pat). Yeah, I think I'll enjoy it.
I will definitely try out Sam-Soon. I've seen a few Korean-made things lately and have really liked them. And I love BJD, so yay!
While it has no JE boys, I ALWAYS recommend Himitsu No Hanazone since it first aired about a year ago. It's a really fun story about a magazine editor transferred to the manga department and finds herself bonding with a family of 4 silly brothers. It's really fun, I'd say at least check out the first couple episodes to see if you like it ^^/
I'M ALIVE! Hehe, you and Kei-chan should know by now! Whenever school starts kicking my ass, I kinda retreat... I'll try to call next time, okay? C:
And it amuses me so that Yukan is under HIS name first, and then the others' だよね! Actually, I really liked Yoko in it (even though I wasn't too thrilled with the show and didn't finish it). But when Koyama showed up, somehow I was all happy and proud, like a "that's my boy!" kind of feeling. I kept cheering him on, shouting at my computer screen. <3
How did I know you had seen Dance Drill? XD Definitely cannot resist that one. I will definitely see IWGP, but for some reason, I always put it off. Love me some Nagase, and chibi!Pi has gotta be too cute for words. I decided to see Stand Up, thanks to you and agtoro, and really liked the first episode. It does have a great cast! Can't wait to see more. <3

Awww. Yoko officially became my favorite K8 boy after watching a few eps of Yukan. ♥ (Though, I guess it helps that I still only really know 3/8 of them by name and face. XD;)
How did I know you had seen Dance Drill? You have amazing deductive powers, of course! XDDD and hooray! I'm glad to see you've picked up Stand Up. So so good.
Ahahaha! Yes! I recognized her off the bat easily. She's always that very nice, matronly kind of role, huh? XD But yeah. Omg. I think you'll DIE at episode two. Just. Better than Kame eating is Kame eating and being emo. Killed me dead it did.
i read this entry and i just HAVE TO comment. does this mean you haven't watch any of takuya kimura's? whether you like him or not, you WILL love his doramas. my favourites are beautiful life, good luck, pride, long vacation.. they are old ones but still.. other old non-JE: beach boys (gotta love the OTP that is takashi sorimachi & yutaka takenouchi). korean dramas: full house, my girl, coffee prince. korean movies: taegukgi (war movie ala letter from iwo jima), moment to remember.. OMG this is going to be endless. LOL. but do check them out! ^^

No, I haven't seen any of KimuTaku's! I really feel like I should, since he is like the ultimate Johnny's idol. I will definitely check those out!
I've seen A Moment to Remember - I watched it while holding my Mumble plushie, crying my eyes out. LOL
Thanks for all you suggestions!
