In Heroes a girl with healing powers drops a ring into the running garbage disposal. She stick in her hand and it gets torn up. Then it heals cause she's Super. Well the company that made the disposal is sueing NBC. The disposal is called the InSinkErator. I thought it was made up for the show.

Wow, I mean just wow. How stupid, not to mention, if the prop master didn't research enough to know the brand name of the disposal, then he should be fired, you have to get legal permission to use a product by brand name, unless it is a fictious brand... And most film/tv production companies would know this.
But this is another stupid lawsuit to add to the millions that waste tax payers $$ and the legal system's time. yayrah...
