Doing better. My back is more of a continuous ache that waxes and wans throughout the day. I have exercises from PT that I do daily, and I'm doing my best to do them well, not just as throw aways. I'm starting to feel more stable, back wise, so far as balance and strength go though ( Read more... )

Holy moly! You say "still trying" as though you had thoroughly failed or all of your effort were going to waste! Twenty pounds is HUGE in that amount of time! Plus being able to walk and getting stronger! That's super!!!

Thank you. It's hard to see that it's big because it seems so slow! I try not to weigh myself too often and just focus on being good about eating and doing my PT.
