Take lots of pictures if you can (and have the time :-)). Would love to see the process on a lot of these things. They all sound pretty interesting (well, maybe not the hedge, but that's just me. :-))!

Wonder if we could put mulberries in the hedge and grow silk... hehe :)

Well, damn, mulberry hedges...That would actually be a good motivation to like hedges again. :-)
