Okay, so I've only been gone for a week, but you just don't pass up  a Norma Desmond moment.
Well, I'm back from Ohio. Since late Saturday night, actually, but the fourth is one of those 'surfing holidays,' and apparently it takes a whole day to recover from attempting an all-day road-trip and a surfing day back-to-back.
