My favorite job ever was being a cashier at JoAnn's for that reason. The cashier is the person who'll leave a lasting impression on customers, so being cheery is good. I really miss the bakery though since I got to know so many of the locals. Do you miss the regulars at the Silverdale Barnes and Noble yet?

I could actualy get the books through Lisa or something. It would probably be easier on everyone since you're living out of town now.
Sounds like you're doing pretty good over there. Waterfronts are always a plus for cities. :P
