ah, me too. not in the ensemble though. i play trumpet in the jazz "band."

I are the bassist. I'm pretty nervous about it though. Someone who takes lessons from the Mr. C said that he's thinking of going the funk/fusion route this year. Bass for that stuff can get a little tricky.

Slap bass is some sick stuff, so go learn it!! Don't be too nervous, our bassist last year didn't know too much in the beginning but by the end, he had really grown as a player.
