The whole idea was quite laughable actually. Here they were lawyers watching a bunch of cartoons because a lawyer assistant had suggested it. In fact, the way Wright had just sat himself down on the couch without fuss, made Edgeworth think that this was a common thing.
Common event or not it was actually quite degrading when you really thought about it, lawyers who spent their days trying to promote their client at court and prove their innocence.
Granted that Wright had been winning lately but, far as Edgeworth was concerned it was just a lucky streak and Wright would have to run out of luck sooner or later.
