well kim when you sign up to vote you can register in maryland and than fill out a change of address form for virginia. thats what i did and it makes it easier. none of this having to go home business.

ohh but im not even 18 yet. my birthday is in december but pretty much everyone in my birth year is already 18 except for us november/december people. sucks doesn't it? i have to wait until next election now
