Oh, and for the amusement value it may afford: I read this, and I wondered whether you might have written it. And then I read the other one, and I thought, but wait, this sounds as though Vel could have written it, too! So I went back and forth between them, trying quietly to figure out which sounded most like you, and reminding myself periodically that there was no guarantee that I was right about either one. So I never did put in an official guess, because it never occurred to me at all that the answer might be, both.
