Oh! YES, that's exactly how it goes, proud wizards, accepting the dark sides of their histories while refusing to go back and revisit them.

And for Dumbledore, who knew what was in store for him, it's exactly L'Chaim for the moment, because that's the only way to get by.

I love the repetition of words you use here.

Fav. line:
Darkness would force them apart as they lay together, soft hair and young skin, new fingers.

I'd probably appreciate this better if I know what L'Chaim is, wouldn't I?
