Oh, this is just lovely!

The way you've remixed it is wonderful - having Sarah reflect on the moment with the benefit of time - and I adore fic that edges into that little-explored territory where DW leaves off, just before SJA begins.

Also, this:

I love the way you've chosen to remix this, by having Sarah find the notebook and remember that first planet she stepped on. It's really interesting to find out how it affects her later and how that 'One small step' takes on a new significance now.
