This is really beautiful. Even though I'm mostly a hobbit fan Éowyn is also one of my favorite characters, so it was wonderful how you brought her and Elanor together. I also really loved the little look we got at Merry here too, how he was playful and teasing but also had that dark past still haunting him. Great job remixing a wonderful author!

Awww, this is simply lovely. With the paucity of female characters in LOTR, it's a bit hard to find good stories with any kind of interaction between them, but I like this companionship between a hobbit lass and a shieldmaiden.

Thank you so much! Yeah, LOTR fails the Alison Bechdel test, I'm afraid. (A story needs to have at least one scene where two women talk to each other, about something other than a man.) I really enjoy trying to rectify that whenever possible. :)
