I gotta say, I don't see the connection between this sotry and the one you remixed at all.
And yours is very confusing-I'm guessing John is the main, unnamed character, and the mother node is Atlantis, and Rodney is the second thing he meets? But who's the first? ::very very confused::

The story's set inside Rodney's body from the point of view of the artifical ATA-gene. The other entity is the feel-good that comes from John after sex.
