Ohhh, great Mystique. . .she's so very devious, and I love the distinction between the way she sees things and the way Xavier and Magneto do. Nice job of incorporating scenes from the original, too!

I have this secret love for Magneto/Pyro so I tried to put that in just a *tiny bit*, and I figured Mystique would have totally done it :)

I like Mystique's insights into the pace of a war, and the way that she wages one against Pyro. Nicely done.

Mystique is so deliciously manipulative in this - I love her analytical, slightly dispassionate view of the people she's working with. Wonderful!

I loved seeing Mystique's manipulations in detail, as she fine-tuned Pyro to make the mistake that she wanted him to make, and Magneto to react as she planned. I suspect that Pyro was a long way from trying to challenge Mystique's position - but he never will, after this.
