FALL HAS ARRIVED

I'm soo excited that fall is finally here. It's awesome weather (at least till thanksgiving) for a while. I'm beyond stoked about this weekend jame and k and shaun and i are going to the Halloweenie Roast. *does crazy happy dance* It's going to be a blast. Now if it were only friday instead of monday!

i sooo wish you could come, it would be soooo swweeeet. Ya so i have a year till their wedding(which i'm in) and i am determind not to look like a total heffer. An thoughts on which is best as far as diets, weight, cardio. Please don't say all. I can't handle being completly good!
