Your roasted chicken sounds divine. Since I am not having dinner at your house :( I will have to make it myself.

Oh thank you. I would like that.

Ok, now I'm hungry!

I was thinking of you the other day 'cause dh told me he's got a conference in Vichy in September. I know you're a ways away, but any good ideas for road trips around the South? I'm going to be on my own for the 4 days of his conference and then we'll take a week to drive around together...

Those dinners sound wonderful. I thought about making tomorrow night's soup today, but sat around knitting instead. Oh well, the soup will be fine when I make it tomorrow. I wonder what we'll have Tuesday or Wednesday. It must be nice to have dinners for the bulk of the week all figured out already.
I can't wait to see a pic of your gi-clad boy.

it feels so good to have dinner for the entire week already essentially prepared! i'm not usually that organized, tho' i confess that i do like to organize the week's meals well in advance. just makes the evenings so much smoother. y'know?

on the other hand, i have this particular knitting hanging over my head and i'm getting nowhere on it! so you have it all over me in the knitting dept!

ps i miss you!
