If I hadn't met Cormac when I went to Ireland I had full plans to come home and apply to the peace corps. I imagine it'll be incredibly fulfilling, but placement can take a long time. Be open to as many job spots as possible and they will place you more quickly.

I keep telling people that when you graduate, you either move to New York or join the Peace Corps. I (peacefully) salute your decision!

I've written three recommendations for the Corps in the last six months.

It does take a while, mind you!

I know, but at least I've made the decision that this is what I want for the next few years of my life. For some reason, that has been the hardest part.
