Here is a review for you, because I love the idea of McCoy and Spock sitting under a tree in Georgia watchin' the sun set :)

I really like this so far and think it has lots of potential. You write Spock Prime well - he really sounds like himself and the emotional impact of his being in this alternate universe is tangible.

Just FYI, there are a few typos and word mishaps that make a few sentences a little strange. Most are relatively minor, but for example, the middle part of This McCoy, unlike the other counterparts he’d met, was so much more a like that not with his own times Leonard that, it was difficult to have to let go of him again should be 'was so much more alike than not,' and some of the other word choices in that clause are a little confusing at first as well. If you're looking for a Spock/McCoy beta I'd be happy to look over future parts of this if you'd like.

It is a wonderful image isn't it :D One I hope to write or draw one day. It just seems to be the place Spock and McCoy should always end up.

My biggest worry about ST fic is getting Spock right, so it is amazing to hear that my Spock is believable. Definitely takes a lot of anxiety away.

I do apologize for the unBeta'd mess and I would absolutely love to take you up on your offer. Thank You!

aww this is so lovely. I love McCoy and Spock Prime interacting in anyway and your Spock Prime is especially cute. I can't wait to see if McCoy ends up in a romantic relationship although I'm not quiet sure which Spock I want him to end up with more.

Awwww you just made my day, describing Spock Prime as cute. :D

It is ridiculously tempting to have McCoy end up with everyone in some way or another. He needs more love.

Thanks for the comment!

I liked how Spock Prime acknowledged that these are not the same people he knew, and in the back of his mind he was cataloging the differences. (It seemed a very "Spock" thing to do.)

McCoy's loneliness was very well-portrayed. It also seemed very realistic for the AOS universe. (Having seen the film a few more times, I really think this scenario is exactly what would happen: Jim would bond with his ship/destiny/etc., and McCoy in a very real sense gets left by the wayside.)

Looking forward to more. (And hope the maybe Spock/McCoy turns into definitely.)

Aw, I like this chapter. It's kind of bittersweet. I love the subtle 'discussion' about how Jim now has the Enterprise and that's most important.

Favourite line: They were there for each other and in their love and loyalty for Jim.

Great work :)
