My guess is that the owner either moved to an entirely new domain, or it erm... died?

Sorry! It turns out that the archive there is empty. I got the link from http://asylums.insanejournal.com/mortalmoon/profile, though, and that community is new.

You could always try the Wayback Machine: http://www.archive.org/index.php. Just vistit the website, but in the address you're looking for, and usually you can find archived pages. It's nice when you're just looking to re-read a story that has disappeared or something like that. ^_^
