You're here in Mayfield, aren't you? I just saw something in the sky. That couldn't have been you, could it?

[Public]

Something is coming, that much is clear. Newcomers who are confused about that radio broadcast, I have a list to share with all of you; it should help you with whatever is headed our way. Those who have been ( Read more... )

You were the one who left the cake then?

I was worried it was the town's doing.

It's quite alright. It looked quite good. I was have a difficult time deciding what to do with it, but now at least I know it is safe to eat.

Scare tactics? My ears are freaking ringing still and I'm pissed off! Don't understand how this could be a fucking scare tactic!

Trying to make us see demons. It wasn't about that radio broadcast, it's also about whatever might happen after this.

Sometimes the broadcasts mean something terrible is on the way.

Sometimes, they don't.

I hope they do! I'm bored as fuck. If they're gonna make me celebrate Christmas, I wanna celebrate it doing something fun!

Like fighting robots or something.

. . . what scare tactic? You mean that weird song that just came on? Huh, I thought America just had shit taste in music. Kinda lame, if you ask me.

That was a popular American Christmas carol, with parts looped over and emphasized. It means different things to different people.

Have there been sudden strange broadcasts like that in the time you've been here this time, Bruder?

Yeah, twice. First time was back during the summer and on the television - sounded like someone managed to break into either City Hall or the station. Next day, the town changed into this weird Russian communist place. Second time was a broadcast of this woman crying on the radio, about a couple of months ago. That's when the town sent in the hazmats to catch the Russian fugitive.

We had a shitload of people die or get maimed both times. Looks like we should be preparing for the same to happen again.

I'll bring it to your mailbox. Address? No name required, I understand how it might be difficult to trust others in this place.

Delivered.

I am Germany. You will be informed should any revisions be made; this list is only based off of my own observations, which are naturally not enough to complete the overall picture.
