This town never ceases to astound me.
I should think that legally, you would be fairly safe. The papers have gone through and been certified, so in the eys of the law, you and Harry are Teddy's legal guardians.
Family law is not my strong suit, but I understand that the courts generally take into strong consideration what is in the child's best interest, should it come down to a legal contest. And I can see that Teddy is happiest with you and Harry.
But let us hope that it never comes down to a legal contest (not that it should, if the actual father show no interest in 'claiming' Teddy, as it were). I know from personal experience, that these are never good on a family - especially young children.
