Godzilla now? I'm officially amused.

[ooc; Anyone in her vicinity will find that the monsters seem to ignore them and pass right on by. Apologies if I drop tags. I'm not feeling very well and have to lay down every few moments.]

affected, curse day, monster mayhem

Well who else do you send in to 'save the City' from overgrown monsters?

My people, usually, though they're not this kind of monster.

But whatever works, I guess.

Have you and your people had much success in fighting these monsters today?

Some times Godzilla can be the villain, but in this instance it seems he has come to be the hero.

Really now? They could have easily chosen King Kong to be City Savior instead.

King Kong has different interests in mind.

As I recall neither he nor Godzilla were particularly interested in saving mankind. They were both territorial, thus it served their own purpose to destroy those encroaching on their 'claims'.

Actually Godzilla is considered a fictional movie character where I am from, but he is an Earth creation so to speak.

Well, as long as someone's amused by this mess.

The City maintainers could have done worse.

And I'm sure by next week we'll find out what 'worse' means.

There is truth behind the saying that whatever does not kill you, makes you stronger. This place very much fits that philosophy.
