Ahh~ I'm a little sketchy myself~ It seems that there are some sort of...hazmat people hunting down Mister Smirnov and others from the Soviet version of this town~ The hazmat people seem to also be attacking anyone who get in their way~ I'm told this happened recently with Westport as well, but I missed that~
