Ianto drove the SUV to London. Partly, because when he'd finished packing up all the equipment they might need there was far too much to take on the train and partly because he thought that it would be easier to get back home if they heard from Jack

The short time she had spent with Rhys and the relaxing drive with Ianto was enough to rejuvenate Gwen's exhausted spirits. She was thankful he had offered to drive; she wasn't sure how she would cope with yet another train trip. She didn't like the idea of leaving Cardiff sans a Torchwood team, but the situation hadn't given them much choice.

She jumped out the SUV, staring up at the house and turning back to look at Ianto. "The last time I saw... well, the other Jack, it was around here."

Ianto climbs out of the SUV and follows the direction of Gwen's gaze. "I'd rather see our Jack," Ianto says. "Well, let's go in, see what we can do to help."

Gwen takes a deep breath, stepping towards the house. "Hopefully we can find someone who knows more about what's going on than we do."
