There was a man on the floor. Harry bent down next to him and he could see the man's hands had flecks of glass in them, and more worryingly, a bigger piece in his cheek. The men reached up to take the piece out

There was one man down in a pile of glass, but the other was being restrained by Benton. As a kid, Benton had always been gawky and made fun of for his size. "Is he alright?" the barmaid asked, as Harry pressed a bandage over the man's cheek to stop the bleeding.
"I'm fine." The main tried to get out from Harry's grip, but Harry had done this before and held him still.

"Knocked about the head a bit, but he ought to be all right. Maybe got some sense in him now." He surveyed the mess of broken glass now all over the floor. "What a mess." Still, it had felt nice to help out. "That other fellow going to be all right?"
He brushed at the knees of his trousers. "Yes, he wasn't badly hurt, fortunately." He frowned at the palms of his hands. "I should wash my hands, though." He headed off to the gents.
