The Doctor watched TJ for a moment, blinking. Gone to another planet, and the boy's concerned over another TARDIS? Well who else would travel through time and space? He shook his head. "I'm not expecting another TARDIS, but I find that I rarely ever expect another self. Let's go have a look, shall we?"
"I...right. So it wasn't something I did wrong on the controls? I didn't cause us to duplicate or anything?" TJ took a tentative step towards the other TARDIS, almost worried that it (or something) would jump out and bite him.
"Hm," the Doctor laughed. "I hadn't thought of that. Well, let's hope not. Just because I haven't heard of something happening doesn't mean it can't. But I don't think you have, my boy. I don't get the same sense from this TARDIS."
He glanced over his shoulder a Laura, then took a brisk step forward and knocked rather loudly on the door. "I say. It's the Doctor. Is anyone home?"
The Doctor stared oddly at...himself for a moment.
Finally he muttered, "World ending, multiple mes...didn't expect multiple Mes!"
He strode forward and held out his hand to his other self, looking at him slightly suspiciously. "If it isn't myself. Pleased to see you. That is unless you're planning to take a page from what I've heard about our Tenth incarnations. Very strange, that."
