Both have good points. I am currently waiting to hear back from the HOA to see if I can have a skylight installed in the upstairs bathroom. Only room we use a bunch that doesn't have natural light. www.solatube.com :) If they say no, I'll appeal, then install it anyway. Cause I'm a rebel.
