I never got into X, even though it was one of the first manga to show up in our local library branch's 'Graphic Novels' section -- it was too confusing to me at the time, although I might give it another try now that I'm more used to manga styles ( ... )

X is pretty confusing, especially in the beginning because they'll tell you something and then wait another 3-4 volumes before actually explaining it. But I quickly get distracted by all the hot guys whenever I go 'huh?'. :P

'Descendants of Darkness'? *writes that down* Thanks, I'll check it out.

Hopefully your WK dvds and Yellow gets there soon! I haven't read Yellow yet (I'll probably start it tonight) but I hear it's really good.

My DVD's arrived okay in yesterday's mail; haven't had the chance to do more than unwrap the box. My mother-in-law's interment & memorial services are Friday and Saturday, respectively and I'm trying to keep my husband from falling apart, deal with teething puppy, and a rash of emergencies at work on top of everything else!

Apparently there's an anime for 'Descendants of Darkness' as well, (rumor has it Dan 'the Pharoah' Green does one of the main character voices) but I think it may be listed under the original Japanese name, which ironically enough has the word 'yami' in the title (and which I can't remember off-hand). It never ends, does it? *GRIN*

'Yami no Matsuei' is 'Descendants of Darkness' I discovered that last night while looking it up. *grin*

YnM I actually started reading a few days ago. It's good but I just finished 'Saiyuki' (NEED to read Reloaded now so I can get my fix) which I liked a lot better.
