I swear I must have a thing for crazy people. I finally got around to watching episode 2 of Kuroshitsuji and gave a little squee when I saw Grell towards the beginning of the episode. He looked dorkingly adorable, yet in the manga I barely noticed him until he turned into a sexy bastard (can't wait for that episode

I think only 4 episodes are out so you haven't missed much. So far nothing has really changed in terms of the plot. It's just a little out-of-order with some of the manga chapters switched around (for example, episode 2 of the anime is chapter 3 of the manga and episode 3 of the anime is chapter 2 in the manga).
