Dear Internet,

A couple of the radiators in our flat aren't working; the one in the living room worked briefly when we moved in but now does not, and the one in my bedroom broke a couple of days ago. (I say 'broke': our heating comes on on a timer and those two radiators do not turn on when the rest of them do).
