with a noise like six hundred and ninety-two people repeatedly saying "Squah, squah!" while walking slowly into the distance

HA! It's funny 'cause it's true.

Man, I am in love with Hitchiker/Who crossover fic. They were made for each other, and Ford/Ten is delicious. &hearts A new favorite of my favorites!

Apparently, &hearts doesn't work in comments.

Duly noted.

*grabs fic, hugs tightly* You speak Adams! Oh, it's a rare skill :oD
Y'know, if there were more sex and Time Lords in H2G2, this would so be in there.
Can't express levels of joy and hilarity reached in reading this fic - so perfectly in voice for the Book, and Arthur's nonsensical phrases were fantastic, and the wonderful little asides all the way through were perfect beyond words.
Will be reread many times. *mems*

Thank you so much! I think the first Hitchhikers was the first chapter book I ever read ... it's been bubbling in the sub-conscious for years - so glad you enjoyed!

That was awesome. Not just because it had Ford/Ten (I had never thought about that pairing. I've decided I rather like it.) But you also really capture the tone of a Hitchhiker's novel.
