Fantastic! So bittersweet and so well-written! I love Jamie. I think this is one of my favourite Doctor Who stories ever.

I loved this. I really, really, really loved this. Jamie was one of the best companions. Love the vague name dropping too- Ben and Victoria, just so squeefully hinting.

And as for the Scots- spot on. I'm away up in the Highlands, Wick to be precise, and, although my Dad's English and my accent isn't very thick, I understood all of it, or at least most. Makes me think I really am back in the 18th century.
