I ate like a mad woman yesterday! Physically AND spiritually. God is so good to me though. Not only did he provide women for prayer and worship and guidance at the Bible study I went to...he also provided a woman who is a food addict and a member of overeaters anonymous. Nice friendly reminder to not find my soalce in the wonderful pleasure of food. Sometimes people getv really basic and primal and eat because it brings more pleasure than what ever hurt is currently presenting itself.

I never understood overeating until now.
