"Sit down," her tone was unusually forceful as she pointed towards the seat in front of her.

To say Eiki was simply annoyed with the recent turn the rumors about her had gone would be an understatement. Before she was simply annoyed, they had no name attached and were more or less the normal variety. Now though? Now they were out and out insulting and she was concerned that they could get back to her father, or worse be considered a matter he should not have to deal with. Perhaps she was simply over thinking it all, yet she knew the extent that could be taken to avoid political death and considering the school and the students that attended... it wouldn't be good at all for such rumors to reach home.

She needed to find the source which was why she called in Marisa, the student she knew was most likely to start such things. Lacking any other leads it was the best place to start.

"I want you to be honest with me, and no games like you usually pull. These rumors, did you start them?"

Woah. Usually, Ms. S, wasn't this insistent about the whole sitting thing. Marisa had come to learn the level of 'sit down' was directly proportional to the amount of trouble she was in. In this case it meant she was in a lot of trouble.

She lingered for a moment, eying the counselor a bit, before begrudgingly sitting down. She hadn't done anything recently, so what was this all about and what was she willing to accept or not? Hmm...

"You wanna be more specific, ze? There's a ton of rumors going around. This is, yanno, high school."

"Specifically about me. I assumed the context here was obvious," she was using her detached tone, it was a mode she had used when a judge so she could be as objective as possible. In this case it was to avoid being lenient as she tended to be, and was often with Marisa.

"Just making sure we're on the same page, ze. No need to accidentally incriminate myself on something irrelevant." Guess who's been paying attention to her Intro to Law class despite how she appears?

"And to answer your question... no. Not my fault." A pause. "Not unless you consider a joking comment to an MS3 about you having a katana hidden up your skirt."
