So you know how I have the account with the ads so I can have more icons but I still only have 5 icons? Well, one of the ads I just saw was for Starbucks.com where you can join a lively discussion of Mitch Albom's work!!!!!!! OMG EW.

Maybe I'm switching back to no ads.

Yeah, the whole livejournal ad system is horrible. It's just six apart's way of grasping at straws since livejournal is making them about 90% less money than they had originally projected when they aquired LJ. Laaaaame.

I went to Starbucks today to get an apple cider and there were at least three signs telling me I had to read this amazing new book by Mitch Albom about "what if you got a second chance with someone you loved and lost." I don't understand why people think his books are so profound. "Hey let's spend more time with our elders! Surely they have just naturally have some special wisdom to impart to us!" If hanging with old people makes you like Mitch Albom, I'm staying the hell away from them. I wasn't intending to write so much but I hate Mitch Albom probably about as much as I hate Thomas Kinkade and for the same reason.

P.S. I am seeing the ad right now! Get rid of it!!
