*frowns* You stole my former coloring.

*rolls his eyes*

*dryly* This coloring better suits my role, at least.

*...Lucifer probably is, but for once the run-in is unintentional -- this particular former-angel was just passing through and, wouldn't you know, the Lord of Hell just happens to be along the way*

*He hesitates as he walks past, but only for the briefest moment, and unconsciously his step slows, but he doesn't quite stop. It's always awkward between them, and tonight Lucifer seems -- well, not relaxed, but not exactly approachable [but, then again, when does he ever? don't answer that]) -- and very much not in the mood to deal with it. So, for now, Raphael just smiles thinly, and though nothing is said aloud, the expression seems to say, "I'm sorry to bother you, I'll be out of your way in a moment..."*

*Lucifer simply raises an eyebrow at him, with a slight smirk that seems to say "Well?".

He's feeling rather insolent tonight.*
