Aaacckkk! I couldn't decide which icon to use. lol

But OMG I love this so much! I wanted to squee so much that Brian likes Ianto right off. :D But I couldn't cuz I'm at work. :P Brian would end up wanting to make a foursome between him, Justin, Jack, and Ianto... and if someone wants to write that... I definitely wouldn't complain. ;D

LOL, yeah, I put on my Ianto icon before remembering that it's a QAF fic. But then I figured if people unfamiliar with TW read the fic, it'd be nice to show an example of teh pretty.

Well, Brian can appreciate a nice piece of ass when he sees one ;-) I'd so totally love it if somebody wrote a crossover fic- I've read one where Captain Jack hooks up with Brian, it's very good, but a foursome would likely fry my brains.

Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I know just enough about Torchwood (and Jack) to find this doubly amusing. Haven't seen the episode in question, but I love Justin's nonchalance when Jack "dies" and Brian's "Is poodle some kind of British slang for-" remark. I can only imagine what was being said to prompt that question *snickers*

As far as the QaF aspect of the story, Saturday Night TV Club is a great concept. They're such a family, and it's wonderful to have them all bonding over a tv show...and the horrible buttered, salted popcorn that is Brian's nemesis. ^_^

I'm ridiculously happy and gratified that people who don't watch TW read this fic anyway :D and I'm glad that you still enjoyed it. I very rarely read crossover fic, so I didn't really know how to balance two shows, but in the end it was a QAF fic.

I totally recommend "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang" (the episode Brian sees here) for the semi-casual viewer, because it's got one of the funniest scripts and it's also the beginning of S2.

I hadn't intended to include so many characters in the fic, but I guess after months of non-writing they all wanted to come out and play, and I think it makes sense for it to happen this way. Plus it's a great thing for the gang to do post-513, when they've all got their own separate lives.

Thank you so much!

*coughs* Well, actually, I've now watched the entire first season and the first two episodes of the second...Youtube is a wonderful thing. I'm saving 203 for tomorrow.

I loved KKBB. The blowfish thing left me going "lol whut?" till I watched the episode...at which point I was still wondering what the hell was going on, but less so than if I hadn't seen the first season, I think. Now that I've seen the way Jack dies for the ten billionth time, I'm even more amused at Justin's nonchalance. "Ouch" is putting it mildly ^_^

And the poodle thing. That was...unexpected *snickers* "What? Five minutes to live and you expect me to behave?" I was really expecting that to be a Jack line, but instead we get the photocopying/office fetish and naked wrestling.

Needless to say, TW has another fangirl.

*FEELS V. PROUD* You are wise, my friend :D

I'm very glad that you decided to watch S1 as well as S2. A lot of people say that S2 is better, overall, but there are some excellent episodes in S1 that are important to understanding the characters.

So many elements in TW are just pure crack, stuff even fans wouldn't come up with on their own. I love it ♥

Captain John is a brilliant character; I'm definitely looking forward to his return in the last episode on Friday.

"It's NICE."

Oh man. That's just brilliant. All of it. Brian would so love John Hart and Owen. I kind of wanted to watch the whole season with them. What did they all make of later episodes?

ROFL :D I learned pretty early on that Captain John was going to have a lewd line about a poodle. and I wondered how they were going to pull that off, but this episode had me in stitches. I did think that Brian would probably like Owen and John at the start, just because of their personalities.

I kind of wanted to watch the whole season with them. What did they all make of later episodes?
YOU GUYS ARE EVIL! STOP TEMPTING ME.

Heee, thank you so much!

Thanks so much :D I'd be the first to say that TW is not for everybody, but I do recommend giving at least this episode a try ("Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang") because it's got one of the funniest scripts and it's the first episode of season 2.

Sometimes I suspect I just watch for the pretty. And the pterodactyl.
