Many people will not be rescued before the lack of food, water, ac or the excessive presence of cholera, dysentery, alligators, snakes, fire ants, and electrified water kills them.

Of the few that can be rescued, it will not be these roaming gangs or people with tv's.

They will die with their brand new tv's.
