Found dog

Mark was driving home last night a little after 10 and saw a dog sitting by the side of the road with no human in sight. He turned around and went back (after 4 or 5 cars passed) and discovered the little dog running around in the middle of the road towing a lead behind him. He got him in the Vibe and called me. I called Animal Control and reported
