It's dumb to vote for someone just because they're in the same club as you are (this year being an exception, I loathe all the NY democrats this year).
With the economy being what it is, it's more important than ever to vote responsibly.
I'm just happy a lot of people went out and voted instead of following up with the news, volunteering their time, saying they would vote (considering they're pushing everyone else to vote!) and then NOT voting. Imagine, if people voted 4 years ago and 8 years ago like they did today... :(
