I think what you're doing is bad ass. Waking up early in the morning to exercise is hard as hell, I've been trying to do that every weekday for about a month now and it's really hard to justify passing up a couple extra hours of sleep... especially when it's freezing outside.
Just keep pushing yourself. Push yourself till you puke.
