So, I was working on my podfic of Girl, You're Like A Weird Vacation for approximately two hours today while we were internet-less (hooray, I'm online right now!) - listening through it all one last time, compiling a potential bloopers reel, and creating the coverart - and now GarageBand is telling me that ALL OF PART THREE is 'File Not Found'! Ugh. On the other hand, I did make some pretty kickawesome coverart, if I do say so myself..... So, the day wasn't a total loss. ;-)

And it's just.... it wasn't like I had even DELETED anything, that might have confused GarageBand into thinking I meant to delete the entire thing. I'd just attached my coverart! That's all! And then I go to re-listen to a certain passage, and BAM! No more audio.

Well, no, that's not true. The music clip was still listenable. And the 'beep' sound, about 45 minuted in.

When GarageBand messes up, at least it does so with cutely colored bubbles.....

That sucks. When that happens I tend to curl up in a corner in an attempt not to pitch my computer out the window. *internet hugs* (should you wish to accept them). Good luck on re-recording.

Thanks for that...I needed it. I keep telling myself that the coverart I made today is compensation for this massive moment of fail (thank you, bessyboo's coverart tutorial!), but it's not really cutting it in the 'consoling' department.

You know as soon as you get done and repost it the other file will pop up out of nowhere! Just go play the epicness of Ken/GI Joe paring and bask in Duke's glow.

I need to fine more fic of that paring. I think it may be my new favorit paring.

If all is lost just talk to the big guy. He'll get your podfiles back!

Y'know, it probably will. And then I'll shrug, groan, and have more options for the bloopers reel, I guess... ;-)

Just go play the epicness of Ken/GI Joe paring and bask in Duke's glow.
I really need to find more stories like those two - but, aside from that one author, I have NO IDEA who else might have written Barbie!fic.... Let me know, if you ever find more, pretty please?
