Ricotta is God's gift to mankind. My mom makes homemade pizza, and she only adds a drop of sauce with mainly ricotta and cheese. Now I am not that much of a pizza fan, but I become a near glutton with hers. O.o Ricotta = creamy deliciousness.

(and i totally got a flash of i like your cream sauce in my mind.)
