Good-bye Kezzi and Viola (and a quick roundup of the Shenandoah show)

Kezzi went down towards Richmond to hang out with Madeline's twin sister Clover and Aly's son Berry. Viola went off to live locally with some Nigerians and one Nigora (my perennial guest-goat). I had a couple of nibbles on Zoe and one nibble on Pan, but no sale. No one was really that interested in Fiona ( Read more... )

Glad you had a good weekend :) I thought about you and the fibre festival this weekend but did myself in Friday and spent the rest of the weekend close to home.

I'm making progress on my new shawl though. You don't happen to have any Noro Kureyon #166 (A) - it's a discontinued color and I find myself a skein short. I'm also looking through random folks on Ravelry, but so far no replies.

I didn't see the fleece show, so can't report on what the judge was doing with the fleeces. ::shrug:: I'll find out in New York if my goats are just that bad this year, or if it is just a judge issue.
